• I was assigned by the Regional Manager to act as mentor for the Assets Protection Teams. I was given district selected investigators to mentor for further development. I successfully developed 2 of 3 investigators into the Team Leader positions.

• I ran weekly conference calls for investigators, and was the designated training and development team leader role for new hires, and existing investigators. I ensured development and training program completion prior to the investigators “released” from training phase.
