According to Savannah Morning News, the project will be located about eight miles from I-95 at the intersection U.S. 278 and S.C. 170. It's expected to bring 2,500 jobs to the area. This upscale development will include a core of luxury shops, such as Prada, and be surrounded by mainstream stores, restaurants and hotels.
